The terms below govern the use of virugroup.company and the engagement of the firm. They are written in plain English and are short by intention.
The site virugroup.company is published by Viru Consulting W.L.L. (the "firm"), a private advisory practice domiciled in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. Trading name: Viru Group. By accessing the site, you accept these terms.
The site is a public-facing summary of the firm's practice areas, jurisdictions, and operating channels. Its purpose is to allow a qualified inquirer to determine whether the firm is a relevant counterparty for a particular mandate.
The firm acts as advisor and coordinator. It is not a real-estate broker. It is not a marketing agent or a fund promoter. It is not the official filing agent for any citizenship-by-investment or residency-by-investment programme. Programme files are submitted by local counsel of record in the issuing state. The firm does not file tax returns and does not issue a jurisdiction-specific tax opinion; that work sits with licensed tax counsel of record in each domicile in scope.
The firm is paid by the principal under written mandate. It is not paid by any seller, developer, fund, or programme operator.
Content published on the site is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, tax, immigration, or investment advice. No attorney–client, advisor–client, or fiduciary relationship is created by the use of the site, by the submission of an inquiry, or by the receipt of an initial response from the firm.
Engagement of the firm is formalised only by a written mandate signed in counterpart. The terms of that mandate (including scope, fees, timing, and termination) govern the engagement in priority to anything stated on the site.
Programme thresholds, timings, fees, and outcomes referenced on the site are current as of the date noted in the relevant document. Issuing states amend them from time to time. The firm tracks each programme at the file level and confirms current parameters at the point of engagement.
The firm makes no representation that the site is free of errors. Material inaccuracies are corrected without notice when identified.
The wordmark, emblem, layout, typography, brand register, and the prose of the site are the property of the firm. Internal brand documents are not part of the public licence. No part of the site may be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.
The site references operating channels of the firm (dubaihousemarket.com, miamihousemarket.eu, amerikayatirimi.com, citizenshipnetwork.com, becomeglobalcitizen.com, and easyturkishcitizenship.com) and may from time to time link to third-party authorities and counsel of record. The firm does not control third-party content and accepts no responsibility for it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the firm, its directors, employees, and counsel of record shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the site or any information contained on it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Bahraini law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the site shall be referred to the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) in Manama, in English, in counterpart proceedings.
The firm may amend these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published at virugroup.company/terms.html as of the effective date noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Direct correspondence on these terms or on the firm's engagement procedures is welcomed in writing.
