Second citizenship,
filed by counsel.

We run CBI and RBI files across the Caribbean, Türkiye, and selected EU member states. We do not market programmes. We file them, and only after we are satisfied the principal is the right candidate, the route is the right one, and the dossier will read well to the agent receiving it.

— The Position

Mobility is a structural asset.

For most of the principals we work with, picking up a second nationality (or a residency that leads to one) is the largest structural decision they will make in a ten-year window. It moves tax position, succession, banking, treaty access, and how easily the next ten years of travel work.

We do not have a programme to sell. We look at the principal, look at the field, and recommend the route. Sometimes that is one passport. More often it is a paired plan: residency in one country, citizenship in another, taken in sequence over three or four years.

The file itself is prepared and submitted by local counsel of record in the issuing state. The firm holds the timeline and the diligence and stays in front of the agent. The principal signs once, wherever it suits them to sign.

— Programme Schedule

Routes, thresholds, indicative timing.

Indicative as of 2026. Programme terms and thresholds are amended periodically by issuing states; the firm tracks each at the file level.

— Process

From eligibility to naturalisation.

  1. 01
    Eligibility
A private review. Nationality, current residency, family setup, where the money comes from, any application that did not go through somewhere before. We position the principal against the field before any country is named.
  2. 02
    Programme selection
A short memorandum, written in plain English, comparing two or three routes that fit. Threshold, timing, tax position after, our recommendation. The choice is the principal's. The recommendation is direct.
  3. 03
    Diligence
Source of funds, background checks, references both professional and personal, anything to disclose about a prior file. We build the dossier to the standard the agent will apply, not the standard the principal expects.
  4. 04
    Submission
Local counsel files. The firm sits between the agent, the counsel, and the principal, and is the one address all three send their questions to.
  5. 05
    Approval
Approval comes through. The contribution is paid or the property is completed, the oath is taken if the country requires one, and the document is issued. We arrange the travel when the oath has to be sworn in person.
  6. 06
    Continuity
After the passport or card is in hand, the file does not close. We track renewals, presence days, tax-residency reviews, and the path from residency to citizenship when that path is the plan.
— Selected Mandates

Anonymised, representative.

2020
A coordinated Türkiye–Caribbean architecture.
A Gulf principal wanted two things from one plan: visa-free travel for the whole family, and a path into the US for himself. We took a Türkiye real-estate citizenship for the family, and a Grenada contribution for the principal alone (Grenada has the E-2 treaty with the US, the family programmes do not). Two files, one calendar, two passports.

2022
Portugal residency for a European entrepreneur.
A European founder leaving a high-tax country picked the Portuguese fund route. We handled the licensed-fund subscription, the filing with Lisbon counsel, and the NHR / IFICI positioning with the Portuguese accountants. The principal's residence was cleared well before the end of the year he moved.

2024
A second file, after a prior refusal elsewhere.
The principal had been turned down by a different programme, on documentary grounds rather than anything substantive. We took the dossier apart and built it back. Source of funds reconstructed from the bank statements, references re-collected, the prior refusal disclosed in full. We filed into Dominica. It was approved on first reading.

— A House Note

A passport is a state document. It names a person, and the file that produces it is read by an official whose job is to look for the wrong kind of detail. We write every file as though it will be read twice, because some of them are.
