Bahrain has been a trading harbour of the Gulf for centuries, well before oil, and the habit of patient capital is still close to the surface here. The firm took the same habit and made it the working register.
In the years since, the practice has settled into three threads it can run together: US real estate (mostly multi-family and core+ commercial), UAE residences (off-plan and yielding), and the holding work that frames both. Citizenship and residency files came in alongside, mostly from principals who already held an open structuring mandate.
We do not solicit. We accept introductions, and we accept mandates.
We take mandates by referral, after a first call. That call is held in confidence and is not billed. A reply usually goes out the next business day, sometimes the same one.
